This is a great place!! The apartment is gorgeous. Two large bedrooms, each with a beautiful bathroom. And there are many small touches and details that make this a special choice. For example, the beds are extremely comfortable, with high thread count sheets; the kitchen is remarkably well-stocked with spices, coffee, tea and beer. And there is so much more: Terra Vista overlooks the city of Guanajuato; the panoramic view from the patio is incredible. Terra Vista's owners, Endre and Susan, provide a range of services beyond anything we've seen before. Susan is a professional chef, and Terra Vista keeps a rooster and several laying hens to provide guests with fresh eggs on a daily basis. Susan also cooks a wide variety of dishes on order for the guests at very reasonable prices. It is a delight to sit on the lovely patio watching the sun go down over the City below, while enjoying one of Susan’s dishes and having a beer. Endre and Susan live on the premises, and are available at all times with terrific suggestions for getting the most out of lovely Guanajuato..

El lugar es acogedor, muy bonito y la vista que uno tiene desde el departamento es increíble. El lugar que renté era muy bonito, limpio y ordenado. Los anfitriones son amables y atentos. Sin duda es un buen lugar para hospedarse cuando vas de vacaciones ya sea en familia o solo. Sin duda volvería para unas futuras vacaciones

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en Terravista y comprobamos la calidad y excelente costo ya que tiene unas instalaciones muy cómodas , la tranquilidad, comodidad y la atención de sus administradores, la cercanía con el Área turística por lo que lo recomendamos ampliamente. The Jardine de la Union is an 800 meter walk down the hill. I love this location. We walked everywhere and it’s just far enough away from el Centro. We flagged a cab to bring us through the tunnels and back up the hill for 60 pesos.

Now the facility and the hosts: Totally awesome! The previous reviews gushing over the rooms, the grounds and the hosts are all accurate. Clean, secure, comfortable with great wi-fi, awesome ceiling fans and hot water! Plus the views are amazing. I also want to mention the attention to detail. Susan has an excellent approach. Everything you could want is there. Even free cold beer. Love it!

You can buy extras if you like - fresh eggs, homemade popsicles, home cooked meals, extra cleaning services. Next time we return to Guanajuato we will book here

Excelente lugar. El departamento es muy amplio y con todos los servicios, hasta de más y son incluidos. La atención de los encargados es buenísima! Son muy atentos. Las visitas que ofrece la ubicación son únicas y también su cercanía a los callejones y al monumento del Pípila y al centro histórico a solo 80mts bajando por los callejones. Muy recomendable
